Hi The tooth with a big hole needs immediate concern. The tissue that is growing inside might be either gum tissue or pulp tissue which needs to be removed. Just go to your dentist, an Xray can be taken to confirm the damage. Is there any pain also?

C prevention Is better than cure. First don't let things go out of your reach. The teeth with big hole and a tissue coming out of it is HYPERPLASTIC PULPITIS. ( get your xray done) and second the tooth which you feel is blended is actually grossly carious or attributed but the root portion is still inside the jaw. Get it treated as soon as possible.

By reading your question I am assuming that both the teeth that you are talking about have a big hole and that one tooth has been destroyed to an extent that it now at the level of the gums after the loss of the crown. Both these conditions show that there has been a neglect towards the decay process that has been around in your teeth for a very long time. If decayed teeth are not removed or treated then they might flare up to form abscess in future. Please visit your dentist ASAP to determine the condition of the teeth. He would need to take some x rays to determine what treatment is best for you.

The 1st issue answer is that's a polyp wat u said is tissue in tooth that can be cleared by going for rct if ur treatment is done by good dentist or get the tooth extracted, the right side tooth is I think is a 3rd molar so that has to be removed if its eruption is in wrong position
