I am 30 years old, and I have very sedentary lifestyle. I have long working hours and have very less physical activity. My daily consumption for caffeine is also very high. I am not facing any issues as of now, but I want to start improving my lifestyle. Please tell me how to start with?

Eat healthy and start mild to moderate exercise or brisk walking. Limit caffeine to 2-3 cups a day and have a cup of green tea everyday. After the meal dont just sit for alteast half an hour. Eat light dinner.
