I am a 24old male and I going to running every day but I can't run successful because I have leg pains. What should I do.

Dear, you must take rest for few days from running and then start it slowly and gradually increase the distance. Time and speed. And do hot fomentation to the legs. Despite this if you get pain. You might be having anterior compartment syndrome. For which you will need to consult an ortho. Surgeon. Take care.
