Usually am unable to pull my penis foreskin as it's too tight, with an effort I tried to pull it over. And I have successfully pulled it off, but the problem is once I pulled it am unable to eject my sperms. After some time when it got normal my foreskin is fully covered back to normal and then if I try to masturbate am able to eject the sperms. Please suggest what has to be done to get ejaculation of sperms after pulling or it doesn't effect the sexual life and can I enjoy it usually.
