Hi, I have to improve my sex stamina, sperm and timing before my marriage, I have stress problem and my masturbation time is good and I don't do daily masturbation and I don't do smoking and drinking and avoid junk food and but I think I go to bed I can't satisfied my partner and my penis erected and it erected in morning after wake up also and my height is 5" 3 and weight 60 and age 25, so please tell me how to improve my sexual life, sperm and increase timing.
