I am 21 years old. I am going to gym but I want to increase my height as well as so I do chin ups & hanging and all yoga's which increase my height 3-4 inch only. But I wanted to know that which exercise prevents heights?

Generally exercise do not make you short or prevent heights. In some cases children who lift heavy weight at gym (children not adult) has history of being stout constitution.
