Hello Sir, I am 22 years old student. I am suffering from cold and cough. I suffer from cold n then cough in a very short duration. Problem is little bit different. Firstly I suffer from cold and after some days (2-3) it generate cough too. It doesn't recover from ordinal tablets/medicine even if doesn't recover from" ajax" type antibiotic dose. Normal medicines don't recover it. Then I have to concern with doctor and have to take high dose. It will take time and money. I have been suffering from this problem from last 4-5 years and every time I had to concern different different doctors. I had also take homeopathic, allopathic treatment (also took desi treatment) but result is same. Due to the high antibiotic dose, It also impact physically as my face and hair. I am also suffering from hair fall from last 5 years, I think reason of hair fall is high dose of antibiotic dose. At this time my college doctor gave me advice to take a" flue vaccine", so sir, I want to ask you is it right to take flue vaccine or if you have any other option please tell me. For my immunity I am also taking fruits, vegetables, dry fruits etc is useful to increase my immunity. So Sir, please give me your useful suggestion.
