Hi I am 22y male my weight is 86 kg height is 5" 9'.i have fatty liver grade 2 and erosive gastric from 2017 .is it curable with exercise ,yoga and diet. I ate lot of fast food from 5 yrs. And I drunk beer from 5 years. But now I avoid alcohol and fast food to much .but I want to decrease my fatty liver.
