Hi, I have OCD with predominant obsession and I have recovered from OCD 70% with clomipramine. But still, my productivity is zero. Psychiatrist says I have comorbid depression too but I don't feel sad, hopeless, suicidal, etc but I am so lazy that I do not bath n brush my teeth .i have tried all source except paroxetine .so what should be the next approach when I'm not responding with newer SSRI's? Should we add any other tca or antipsychotic .as I have tried olanzapine, aripiprazole, risperidone, quetiapine, amisulpride as augmentation. What is the next step we can take as far as medication is concerned?
