Hi doctor, we have been trying for 1.5 years. 4 months earlier, I had been diagnosed with mild pcod and taking metpcocare for that. During my natural cycle follicular monitoring, we have observed that egg does not rupture on its own. In 1 cycle took hucog 5000 mg but even then it did not rupture. Last month, while on treatment for pcod took letrozole 2.5 mg and egg size came to be around 23 mm when doctor gave me hucog 10000 mg. The egg ruptured however I got my periods after that. I do not know how to proceed. parallel I took a tsh test and came out be 3.95. Not sure of the reasons. The male tests have been done and they are fine.

Pcod cases take bit longer time to conceive. Your bmi and other factors need to considered. Usually good outcome is possible.

Hello. The chance of pregnancy per cycle with everything normal is 20% and this is further reduced in pcos as the formation and release of egg is affected in pcos. You continue with your treatment for at least 4 cycles, if you conceive fine and if not than estimation of tubal patency should be done followed by iui.
