I usually do some tests every 3 months. Recently I did some tests like blood glucose, lipid profile, uric acid, lft, rft, thyroid etc. After the results come out, there is a liver infection (fatty liver), increased triglycerides. Everything else is normal. I consulted a homoeopathic doctor, she told me that there is no need of medicine and I have to make dietary and lifestyle changes to lose weight, everything will be normal. Should I undergo treatment or not? I prefer the only homoeopath.

Smoking lowers your hdl, (?good?) cholesterol level. Change the way you eat. Low-fat, low-cholesterol eating benefits all your lipid levels. Lose weight if necessary. Maintain healthy lifestyle start exercising. For more details you can consult me. Nuts, such as almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, contain high amounts of unsaturated fat or ?good? fats, which increase high-density lipoprotein (hdl) and lower low-density lipoprotein (ldl).
