I am 52, a divorcee, am feeling that my sexual desires and performances are going very weak since last one and a half year or so. Am having erection but not that much even the size has shrunk. Early ejaculation too and ED. I have tried several docs. Unani and ayurved also but of no use. I have to settle again . What to do.
