Dehydration is the main cause especially in summers drink atleast 10-12glass of water daily apply aloeveran neem paste at night mix with honey apply for 10 min n then wash is with tap water hav 1glass lime water without salt n sugar empty stomach in morning daily revert back after 2 months!
