What happen if axis degree change in eye prescription and spec's made are different by 5degree.

This represents a small change of 10 degrees only (180 is also zero- but for convention we dont write single zeros) and is entirely plausible. Note the higher the degree of astigmastism (or the cyl correction) the more critical the axis is. A 10 degree change on a small cyl up to 1.00 is tiny, whereas on a 4.00 cyl it is critical.
