I'm getting a dull ache in my testicle and a lot of discomfort. My testicle and pubic area feel quite sensitive. It's been about 4-5 weeks I had urine examination and everything came back normal. It feels like the veins/tubes behind the testicle not the testicle itself. Could I get your thoughts please?
