I don't get enough sleep. I indulge in intense workout and wat healthy. But can't sleep before 2 am. I have to get up early so I dnt get enough sleep.

Pl start eating non spicy and light green leafy food. Clean the gut every third or fourth day. Start deep breathing even if for 10 minutes. If you get time pl do 15 - 20 minutes fresh air walk too. If you do it for two weeks, I ll tell you next course of oral medicines and external herbal applications on head. So first of all pl clean the gut by tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp bd for three days. Then every third or fourth day at night one tsp. This may be taken with warm water. Pl contact again after two weeks.
