Hi, I am 25 years old female and I checked mine cbc check up few days ago where I got mine test result as: hb:10.5 and rbc: 3.8. Should I go directly on medicine or I can just modify mine diet? If diet, then could you please suggest me the food containing iron in highest amount.

Dear lybrateuser, - You have to consume foods rich in iron and folates like fruits, green leafy & seasonal vegetables, non veg foods , dates , figs, beans, lentils, jaggery & fortified foods - also take Capsule Autrin, 1 capsule daily after breakfast for a couple of months & see the Hb level again
