I have endometriosis. Bilateral chocolate cyst. I underwent laparoscopy. I have blockage in left fallopian tube. Now i'm trying to conceive (used letrozole and underwent iui. Im on 23rd day of my cycle. But even this time I have chronic low back pain. Please suggest whether even if i'm pregnant (successful fertilization) I may have pain. Please guide.
