I have a desk job from 6 years and I have diagnosed with hypothyroidism and continuing medication of 75 mcg of thyroxine. Am not feeling well being, not getting proper sleep at night, and after getting up from bed in the morning, am not feeling fresh and energetic. Am feeling fatigued and dull most of the time. I am an overweight girl. I often feel like I have lost the body and mind correlation. I have some psychiatric issues also when I was 17 years old. I took medicines and gradually recovered. But sometimes suddenly mild attacks are happening. I have recovered maximum presently but my problem is that I am not feeling active and energetic and having disturbed sleep almost every day. So please help me in this regard.
