Hi. I am 26 years old. I work in it company which has computer job and I need to sit for 9 hours. For the past 2 years I am gaining weight and belly is getting bigger. Had much of outside food. Now I tested my cholesterol and ldl is very high 200, liver got fatty. What should I do now? What kind of foods or diet I should maintain? Thanks.
