I have melasma and a skin specialist advised using cosglo gel twice a day. But another doctor abroad advised using cosglo only in the evening after 5. So I am confused .pl advice. I am 60 years old and this problem started about 3 years back. There are few black spots also. I am not dark skinned. While going out I was advised to use taiyu sunscreen. Pl give me proper advice thank you.

It can definitely be used twice a day. It's just doctor's usually advice to apply sunscreen in the morning so only evening is left to apply such creams. PS: This is a very basic cream to deal with melasma so it will take long time to show significant improvement.
