I'm having a very very minor pain in my left hand from the shoulder joint till the finger tip. It can not even be considered as pain it is very very low. But it is there for last 3 days. I have been in an ac room 24/7 for the last 62 days with no activity other than sitting in couch or in bed. I sleep on an average of 6-7 hours only at night. Eating 80% only rice. The pain feels like it is in nerves. My mother is a diabetic patient for the last 10-15 years. I don't have any other symptoms. Everything else is normal. Sometimes, i'm thinking that the pain is not there at all that much less pain. Please advice what could be the cause? Anything to worry?
