50 years old female. Usg report - bulky anteverted uterus endometrium thickened 20 mm. With multiple subserosa and intramural fibroids largest size- 92�63 mm. Complications- heavy bleeding with long thick clots. Now taking ovral g. Question is- how can I treat all complications and shrink fibroids to welcome menopause without surgery only by medicine or else by homeopathic or ayurvedic treatment.

As you have multiple fibroids largest being >9 cm it will be better if you go for hysterectomy,prior to hysterectomy endometrial biopsy should be done as your endometrium is thickened-20mm
