She is anaemic. Her mpv is 10.5, pcv 34.4, mch 25.9, rdw 15.4, absolute basophil count is 0 as per the last cbc report. Is it something serious. please clarify because we are worried. Is it a symptom of early sign of cancer or is it a infection or immune disorder. What should we do n which doctor we should seek. Recently doctor suggested her to get a dose of 1 unit blood as she got faint.
