Hi Doctor, Undergone blood test and reported hb 8.0, platelet count rbc 3.5, hct 28.4,mch 21.1, mch c 26.3, kindly advise supplement or diagnosis. Thank you.

Hi, your test report is suggestive of anemia. You can google for anemia diets (there are many, whichever suits you) and also eat food rich in iron such as: red meat, pork and poultry. Seafood. Beans. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. If diet cannot improve anemia in 1-2 months then iron tablets must be taken as well.
