I have taken haritaki for 2 days after embryo transfer because I had severe constipation due to progesterone supplements. I was not aware that haritaki is to be avoided in pregnancy. After that I read about the side effects and avoiding in your article. Now I just want to know if it will adversely affect implantation or not?

Don't be panic. Don't think negative. No one can predict the effect of haritki. It depends on dose, situation & prakruti. Always consult your physician before doing the things. Assessing your age, geoclimetic condition in mumbai& post progesterone intake, I think you don't have any complication. Be positive.
