When I chew something solid then my jaw slips one side making a click sound. I can't open my mouth then I try to make some sliding exercise (by moving the jaw left to right) with my lower jaw, and the I hardly open my mouth. every time I open my mouth I slide my jaw and it opens by a clicking sound.
