After three to four years, there is melasma in my face. But I did a lot of treatment but there was no difference. Now I have no medicines for medicines. So can you suggest medicines? Will you go completely?

Some spots r caused by exposure to UV rays from the sun- use sunscreen lotion before going out in sun. Melasma is caused due to hormonal changes which need to be treated too. It could be due to acne, psoriasis etc. The hyperpigmentation can be treated by topical application of creams which exfoliate the skin effectively but are gentle to the skin.
