My father suffering from type 2 diabetes and regularly taking insulin 20points in morning and 10 in night. Before one and half year he got diagnosed for blockage in urinary track as doctor said that water stay in bladder he advised to cut some extra skin which he did some kind of surgery. After this operation he was very week and feel very difficult for walking as he get pain in lower back and foot. And six months back again water not going out and stays till lungs and we took him for hospital and they used tube to remove the excess water from body. After that doctor suggested to take dytor tablet regularly. But also the problem is sodium level getting reduced to 115 and also the hemoglobin. In november 2018 we took kidney biopsy and the rwualt was normal. Last week we took him to another doctor he said the both kidneys in danger as the bladder not getting empty. Please suggest what to do next really confused different opinions from different doctors.
