I have undergone gyno surgery before 6 months now I still have some puffiness in nipples, what should I do to make it go permanent? Should I take tamoxifen, nolvadex, letrozole ir any other medicine to get rid of puffiness?

I am assuming that you underwent surgery for gynaecomastia. Dont worry, it will subside of it's own. no need of any medication.
