Does More than 12hr sleeping increase our weight? because I cant eat so much but then also my weight increases day by day I avoid fast foods also.

Hi, sleeping for 12 hours does not increase the weight but sleeping just after having food will definitely increase your weight. So don't take rest just after meals. If you want to lose weight then take Phytolacca berry tabs, 2 tabs with hot water before meals, twice daily.
