I have lot of problem i am not getting muscles even by food and gym can you suggest me .please

Hi , we need to include good quality proteins in our diet for good muscle strength. For eg. Fish, egg, chicken, dal, legumes, paneer etc. I need to know your detail eating habits so that I can accordingly design a diet plan for you.
