I got c section 5 months back for delivery. After 5 weeks, there was pus formation on stich line. After two months, I got ultrasound, there was multiple sinus tracts above stich line. I again operated. Pus culture 3 weeks report says mott. M clelonae/ m foritum was found. All first line and second line drug are sensitive except streptomycin, rifbutin, aminoglastic. I started akt 4, in how much time I will feel relief. For how long treatment will be gone. Is there any need to add iv antibiotic along with akt 4. Please also advice what is the reason behind this infection.
