Go for opg x-ray. Officially both teeth needs to be extracted.

Hello, your problem is regarding the upper and lower wisdom tooth. see to understand this you know every tooth need its opposing tooth to function now if your upper wisdom tooth is removed the lower one will start to supraerupt and will cause problem. so usually in such cases problem is completely solved if you get both your upper and lower wisdom tooth removed. and to keep it simple even if just get one of it removed what will the other one do it will be a waste as it will not help in biting because of no opposing tooth.
