Since 3 years I m in big business tension. I m facing premature ejaculation problem. I could not complete intercourse. Age 43, weight 92. Hight 6 ft. No any BP, susugar. Also I have an knee joints pains from same Time. Even I could not make sex twice and once in 15 days. I m working of my personal life. Kindly suggest me treatment. I m irregular in yoga due to this problems also.
