I had felt palpitation once in 2007, 2009 2015. Ecg had been performed after palpitation episode that was normal. in 2017 ecg had been performed during palpitation that reveled psvt. I am taking angizem 120 sr once a day. In 2018 felt nervousness discomfort and tight ness in chest tiredness many times. Some times bp was 160/90. Then cardiologist prescribed tema 40 once a daily. Ecg and echocardiography are normal. Tmt has also been performed. Tmt report is good exercise tolerance no angina no arrhythmia normal bp response. No significant st t changes seen during peak exercise and recovery period. Tmt is negative for stress induvible myocardial ischemia. But some cardiologist says that tmt is positive. After seeing whole pges of tmt report. Then ct coronary angiography has been performed. This reveal essentially normal ct coronary angiography with no obvious limiting plaque or stenosis. What should to do.
