Mr Pandey, Thanks for the query. HbA1c% 8.66 , is too high. Similarly current fasting glucose 192 mg is also very high. In a well controlled diabetes fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c5 < 6.8%. It appears that current medication is not adequate in controlling glucose levels effectively. In addition there is a need to look at your diet pattern extent of daily exercise, weight and height, BP & lipid profile. On getting all the necessary details, some guidelines can be given. There is an absolute need to up grade the current therapy. Thanks.
