It's good just 7 kg needed to optimum weight chart but fitness and endurance matter. As you are in your 40+ please get screened for routine parameters of blood investigation and revert with the same along with her past medical n surgical history n daily routine of food exercise sleep motion n menses sweating fasting pattern. Til then have food twice and walk 10k steps prior food. It's always better to consult in person with family dr.
