I am having stomach ache due to heavy acidity. Kindly suggest me good medicine. Because even when I do exercise it creates heavy pain to my stomach and then hickup also starts.

Dear Lybrateuser, - follow some dietary precautions for your problem: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime at night - take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration and digestion - do regular exercise like walking & yoga for proper digestion - eat a snack like a fruit, nuts half an before exercise.
