Hi, you do simple jumping exercise like skipping and participate in sports in your campus. Still you have age to grow. So no need to worry. Eat properly and don't skip breakfast and avoid eating outside and have more water and protein rich foods like fish, paneer, milk products, legumes, chicken, lean meats, nuts in your daily routine.
