I am 25 year old. My wait is 75 kg and height is 168 cm. I had lost of fat in my tummy what should I do to reduce tummy fat. And my routine is eating 4chapati in breakfast and 1/2bowel rice with dal in lunch and 2chapati at 9t and one glass of milk daily after dinner. And 2ltr water drink daily. In mrng I take 250 ml hot water after wake up.
