I want to gain weight as I am so thin. I take sufficient meal but nothing happens to my body. I am 25 years old having height 5'5" and my weight is only 43 kg So what should I do?

Weight gain is a complex process & depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, previous weight records and many more. To gain you have to be very particular about food timings & choices, don't skip any meals. Include high calorie foods in between mani meals such as dark chocolates, nuts etc.
