HI, My dermatology has told me to apply salisia kt shampoo twice a week and keep it for 10 min. Now sir please help me with the routine like when to apply. Currently I am using like this day -1 apply salisia 2-only water 3-dove shampoo 4 - only water 5-salisia 6-only water so sir am I following my dermatolgoy. Should I change the routine? please help.
