Hi, a diet control and regular exercise will help you lose weight. Diet control is not starving, but eating food at regular interval and in right amount as per your requirements. Eat more of vegetables, salads, fruits, pulses and legumes, egg whites, fish if non vegetarian. Go for complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, jowar, bajra instead of refined foods. Stay away from fast and junk food, cold drinks, sweets. Drink plenty of water. Regular exercise will be helpful,
