Dear Hemlata, Please consult your doctor frequently. It might be that your depression did not remit and you have stopped medicines. Or it may another episode of depression. Or it might be withdrawal of drugs. Or other psychosocial factors are there. Don't take any sedatives. Consult doctor again.
