I am chewing tobacco from last 6 years but from last 1 year I took occasionally like once in week I feel irritation while eating hot and spicy food. I can insert only three fingers in my mouth. I used to have mouth ulcer on cheeks and tongue whenever I take tobacco. I don't know how to get rid of this and not sure if I need to go to dentist or ent specialist. Please suggest some medicine and also tell me the risk % of cancer.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw.
