Hi if you mean pain during menses then take below treatment:- Take Magnesium phos pentarken tblets, 2 tabs , every 3 hourly with hot water. Eat calcium rich foods like almonds, sesame seed. eat dark chocolates, celery, spinach, pinnaple, banana and tea. Drink plenty of water.
