I'm aged 20 and preparing for neet ug 2019 which is my 4th attempt (failed 3 times. My problem is that I used to imagine that I had a girlfriend and had a breakup with her and feeling sorrow imagining breakup, fight with her and all these things but really I don't have any girlfriend. And I'm getting anger and irritation on very small things. If any thing happens and I'm thinking about that all the day and not interested to study at that situations and i'm getting anxiety to know any situation which happened just before me or happens with my friends. Some times I feel lonely and thinking why this life for me. I don't use any social media but I use to watch youtube and porn daily. Is this any psychological disorder? What is remedy for this?

These adaptations are not good for you. You must go out and meet real people, including girls, and live in the real world. The make-believe life is a fantasy and in time that will frustrate you to high levels of distress. You will get angry and turn the anger inwards to take you to depression and self-destructive thoughts. You can finally end up depressed and anxious. The final test of a personality is in the social context. If you do well there, life will change marvellously for you. Attend courses for personality development, public speaking skills, mix with the opposite sex and socialize a lott.
