I am someone who take least amount of vegetables. And eat a lot of junk food. What could be possibility for me to get affected by cancer?

Vegetables and fruits contain substances that are cancer protective which junk food lacks. There is no conclusive data as to what percentage of people consuming junk food would definitely have cancer but but there is no harm in avoiding it and you can try variations with your routine healthy food to make it delicious and colorful, with fruits you can try various puddings, fruit cream, custards, with vegetables nice rolls, soups sandwiches etc. Sedentary lifestyle, fatty food are known to be risk factors for cancer.
