I am a 33 year old male living solo and working as an accountant. Back in august 2011 (age 26) I have been working at my first job and living in an apartment solo for a year already. The apartment was dark and with old furniture and in all three rooms it contained several busts made of clay underneath and gypsum at the surface, possibly some even of bronze. There were several paintings as well as it was a passed-away sculptor's apartment. Living by myself I have been eating in restaurants only and buying processed and fast food, also not being a morning person, I was getting only 6 hours of sleep instead of 8 that I usually sleep. On weekends I would stay up late and drink alcohol if I was out or stay naked in front of computer until morning hours, surfing the net, often masturbating 3-4 times per night and without eating any food after dinner (7 pm). I would go to bed hungry and exhausted and sleep until noon. One such night on friday around 2 am I went to toilet and all of a sudden I felt weakness and fatigue, my legs were shaking. I got a small fever (high temperature). This lasted for the weekend and while my body temperature normalized and went back to normal, the weakness stayed there for good and I have it even today. I did several tests and all my doctor said was that I have a chronic fatigue syndrome. On one side I know I must have exhausted my body a lot and this may be true, but on the other hand I think maybe I might have contracted some virus or bacteria that doctors could not find. The symptoms are shaky upper hands and upper legs when the muscles are active and constant fatigue and weakness. Even after several days sleep I do not feel energized and I get tired after playing 5 minutes of tennis compared to 2 h before the event. I have since corrected my life style a bit, but still the main problem is I do not get enough sleep because of having to get up early for work. Sleep schedule is the same, except that I go to bed on weekend earlier than before, latest 1 am. My weekend and workday sleeping schedule do not match. I feel as if the energy from food that I eat doesn?t reach my muscles. Muscles did not decrease in size. Additionally, stress from work has caused my heart to pound louder and I could feel it in my chest and back (it would bounce my body up when laying on my back). After taking some medicine and doctors saying my heart was ok, the heart problems stopped. Doctors said that it might have to do something with hernia. It seems my immune system has dropped and I also had problems with a stye on my upper lid of left eye. It disappeared after two years but the skin at that location gets dry and peels off especially morning after alcohol drinking or not getting enough sleep. For the last year I got a new stye on the lower lid of the same left eye. Also, often I get rash on the inside of my legs around scrotum and I treat it with herpes cream and it disappears in couple of days. This kind of life has been debilitating and I would be the happiest person in the world if someone found out a way to cure this.
